Our History

2003

Railways and Industrial Applications Corp. (RIAC) originates from Veltrup Technik Philippines, Inc. (VTP), a German – Filipino joint venture that started in 2003 in the Philippines.

2004

VTP got involved in the supply of spare parts and services in 2004 mainly catering the railway industry and similar products also to other manufacturing industries in the Philippines. The steady growth and VTP’s restructuring resulted in reviving the “old” RIAC (specialized in inspections of tubes and pipelines) and changing its initial primary purpose to spares and services for the railway industries. However, we are offering the products from mainly European industries the Philippines.

2018

“Rohr Industrie Analytics Corporation” changed it’s name to “Railways and Industrial Application Corporation” to highlight our primary business. RIAC as abbreviation remains.
